Design & Upgrade of Generator Auto Load & Unload, Remote Monitoring and Controlling System
Proposed Generator control System is fully compliance with the existing generator controls and can be used to introduce additional features than start/stop, load share, remote monitoring and remote control in time to come.
As per the design auto synchronize and load sharing module monitor the ac voltage coming from busbar such as power outage, overload condition or additional demand. Upon detection of an outage for a predetermined period of time, the standby generator is started. Once the genset is reached to its rated speed, the load is shared and transferred between the generators. This automatic control system is capable of electrically monitoring fuel level, oil level, battery strength, next maintenance schedule and then start or stop the unmanned generator. Also, genset can be operated and monitored from a computer system remotely located in a comfortable operating room outside the generator site. The said automatic control system includes both hardware and software modules to provide functionality that need to auto sharing and monitoring from a remote location.

We M/s Horizon Electrical and Engineering (Pvt) Ltd will use latest technology and upgrade, our aim is to prepare steering control system with latest technology and accessories which are foolproof and guaranteed satisfactory operation. We are using one of the best PLCs in the world, make SIEMENS in order to this Automation system design. SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC preforming with latest HMI, other PLC’s, Analog to digital converters, sensors etc.
During ship’s steering system operation that will be running smoothly and accurately with real time monitoring facilities at wheelhouse as well as Machinery Control Room (MCR). All faults and errors will be indicated on the HMI and fault indicator panel on board safety system. System error can be corrected with HMI unit without removing or adjust sensors in the system. We are not going to change basic steering system or non-follow up systems available onboard. Thereby it will not affect emergency steering failure procedure.

Design & Fabrication of various types of Mobile Sand Filtering Machine & Sand Filtering Trommel for Beach Cleaning Project of MV X-Press Pearl
The design & fabrication system solutions for Sand needs to be filtered and separated from unneeded particles, stones and other large particles for cleaning the beach. This system reduces work load and easy to move at construction area. Our system puts forward a sand filtering and separator system. Here we use a motorized shaft that is mounted horizontally using mounts. The shaft is connected to a filter frame with mesh below and enclosing frame on the sides. We now have a rod connected from the shaft to the filter frame in a way such as to achieve the best horizontal motion. Also, we have a frame to hold the filter frame in place while ensuring proper horizontal motion at the same time. On switching on the motor using our motor controller circuit, the system allows to operate the motor. This allows us to operate the sand filter motion for appropriate sand filtering needs.

Blower motor can use solar power to supplement power also as a charging source reduce the need to run generator continuously and that can continuously supply power for 24 hours for day. We can design additional features of this project and incorporate monitoring facilities to your mobile phone as per the customer's needs. That includes viewing facility in running condition and solar panel battery health via GSM message wherever you are.
